AI SEO

A brand that search can find. We build the face of the business (the mark, the palette, the type) and the AI-backed search system that puts it in front of the people already looking. Identity without visibility is a logo in a drawer; ranking without a brand is traffic that does not stick.

The basics

What is AI SEO and brand identity?

Two halves of one problem: being findable, and being worth finding. Brand identity is the mark, the palette, the type and the voice — everything that makes a business recognisable in the two seconds before anybody reads a word. AI SEO is the work that puts it in front of people who are already searching for what it sells.

They are sold together because neither holds on its own. An identity nobody encounters is a logo in a drawer. Traffic arriving at a business with no face bounces, converts once, and shows up in analytics as a channel that does not work.

The AI half is not a content mill. Search now answers a large share of queries outright, and being cited by that answer is a different job from ranking tenth on a page of blue links. It needs structure a model can parse, claims it can attribute, and enough real substance to be worth quoting.

Capabilities

What we do for you

The identity work and the search work run in parallel. Each one makes the other cheaper.

Identity and logo

The mark, its variants, and the rules for using it — including the small sizes and the awkward backgrounds, which is where most identities quietly fall apart.

Brand system

Colour, type, spacing, imagery and voice, written down as decisions rather than as examples. A guideline that shows what was done does not tell the next person what to do.

Technical SEO

Crawlability, indexation, structured data, internal linking and Core Web Vitals. Unglamorous, and consistently the thing holding back sites whose content is already good.

Generative search readiness

Structured, attributable, quotable pages, so an AI answer cites you rather than the competitor who said the same thing more clearly. Schema, entity coverage, and the parts of a page a model can actually lift.

Keyword and entity systems

A map of what people search, what they mean by it, and which page of yours is allowed to answer it. Two of your pages competing for one query is the most common self-inflicted ranking problem there is.

Measurement

Dashboards that separate brand search from discovery, and rankings from revenue. Traffic is not the number; it is the number that is easiest to move without anything changing.

Process

How the work runs

Six to twelve weeks to establish both halves, then a monthly loop on the search side — which does not finish.

  1. Audit and position

Where the business ranks now, what it looks like now, and what competitors have already claimed. The gap between how a business describes itself and what people actually search is usually the entire strategy.

  2. Design the identity

Marks in rounds, tested small, on dark, over photography, and in the places it will really appear. Then the system around it.

  3. Fix the foundations

Crawl, indexation, speed, structure. There is no point ranking content on a site search cannot read, and this is the stage that is boring and non-negotiable.

  4. Build the content map

One page per intent, each with a job. Written for people and structured for machines — not in tension unless the writing was bad.

  5. Ship and instrument

Everything goes live with tracking attached, so the next decision comes from data rather than from an opinion about last month.

  6. Iterate monthly

Search moves, competitors publish, and answer engines change what they cite. The loop is the product; a one-off SEO project decays from the week it ships.

Impact

Why it matters

Search and identity compound in the same direction. Each month of both makes the next month cheaper.

Found without paying per click

Organic traffic has a fixed build cost and a near-zero marginal one. Paid traffic stops the day the card does.

Cited by AI answers

A growing share of searches end without a click on anything at all. Being the source the answer quotes is the version of ranking that still works there.

Recognised before read

A consistent mark and palette means a returning visitor knows where they are before the page finishes loading. That recognition is what turns a channel into an audience.

Harder to copy

Rankings can be outspent. An identity plus a body of genuinely useful pages is a position a competitor has to build rather than buy.

Attributable

When the brand work and the search work ship together and instrumented, you can see which pages earn and which merely exist. Most sites cannot answer that.

A faster site, as a side effect

Core Web Vitals work is search work and conversion work at once. Nobody has ever regretted the page getting quicker.

Questions

Technical fixes move within two to six weeks. Content and authority take three to six months to compound. Anyone promising a top ranking in thirty days is either buying it or being careful about what they measured.
