  • Meta Muse — the strategist.   • Grok Bot — the operator. Bots that make real phone calls: it confirmed a couples massage booking at a spa over the phone. On the business side, a speed-to-lead bot calls new inbound leads within 60 seconds, qualifies them and logs everything into HubSpot. Recruiting bots run candidates through evals. Reliable, intuitive, and Eric's pick for a daily driver.
  • Hermes — the open-source thinker. The most customizable of the four. As a strategic partner it dug through his Google Analytics and spotted a suspicious traffic spike from China that had quietly wrecked his August conversion numbers. Works on desktop, iMessage, Telegram and a dedicated app, with fast model switching. It has replaced OpenClaw in his stack.

The takeaway is pure trade-offs: Muse has data the others cannot touch, Instinct does what the others cannot do, Grok Bot is the most dependable routine-runner, and Hermes brings the most context. Combined, they are the leverage.
