  • All development projects include 1 year of complimentary bug fix services from the date of project completion
  • This warranty covers code-related issues and functional errors
  • Does not cover new feature requests or modifications to existing features
  • Response time for bug fixes: within 48 business hours

3. Project Terms

3.1 Project Initiation

  • Projects commence upon receipt of agreed deposit
  • Clear project scope must be provided in writing
  • Timeline begins after receipt of all required materials

3.2 Payment Terms

  • 50% upfront deposit required
  • Remaining payment due upon project completion
  • Additional features or revisions beyond scope will incur extra charges
  • All prices are in USD unless specified otherwise

  • Delays caused by client feedback or material submission will extend delivery dates

4. Intellectual Property

  • AI models trained on client data remain client property
  • Base AI architecture remains CodeMyPixel property
  • Usage rights defined in project scope

5. Support & Maintenance

5.1 Bug Fix Coverage

  • 1 year free bug fix support
  • Covers code-related issues
  • Server downtime resolution
  • Security vulnerabilities

5.2 Excluded from Bug Fix

  • Content updates
  • New feature requests
  • Third-party service issues
  • User errors
  • Hosting-related issues

5.3 Post-Warranty Support

  • Additional support available through maintenance packages
  • Emergency support available at hourly rates
  • Priority support options available

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate project requirements
  • Timely communication and feedback
  • Content and material provision
  • Testing and approval
  • Maintaining their own backups
  • Server and hosting management (unless included in service)

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Maximum liability limited to project value
  • No responsibility for third-party services
  • No guarantee of specific business outcomes
  • Force majeure clause applies

8. Termination
