1. Initial Payment to Start Work
We require a 20% upfront payment of the total project cost before starting.
Example: If your website project costs $1,000, you’ll pay $200 upfront to begin.
2. Providing Necessary Credentials
You must provide all technical details, such as domain, hosting, API keys, or payment gateway credentials, to enable development.
Example: For an online store, you’ll share your PayPal or Shopify credentials for secure integration.
3. Trust for Account Access
Some tasks, like setting up payment systems, require temporary access to your accounts. You agree to provide these credentials, trusting us to handle them securely.
Example: To integrate a payment gateway, you might share Stripe API keys for us to connect it to your site.
4. Regular Updates During Development
We’ll share regular updates during the project so you can track progress and suggest changes. Clear communication keeps us on the same page.
Example: We might show you a preview of your app’s homepage and ask for feedback on its layout.
5. One-Time Free Revision
After project delivery, you get one free revision. List all changes in a Google Doc. Any further revisions will incur extra charges.
Example: You can request a color change or button tweak in the free revision. Adding a new feature, like a chatbot, later will cost extra.
6. Adding New Features or Changes
If you want to add features or make changes after we agree on the cost and timeline, we’ll provide a new cost and time estimate. You’ll pay an additional 20% upfront for these changes, and the timeline may extend.
Example: If you decide to add a blog to your website mid-project, we’ll estimate the cost (e.g., $400) and time (e.g., 10 days). You’ll pay $80 upfront to proceed.
7. Milestone-Based Payments
For projects with multiple stages, you’ll pay for each milestone before we move to the next. This ensures smooth progress.
Example: For a mobile app, you might pay for the design phase, then the coding phase, and finally the testing phase, step by step.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
If you cancel the project midway, we’ll discuss a refund based on the work completed. The refund percentage will be mutually agreed upon.
Example: If you cancel after 50% of your web app is built, you might receive a 50% refund, based on our discussion.
9. Website Credit and Project Showcase
After completing your project, we’ll add a small credit in the footer of your website or app, like “Built by Codemypixel.” We may also share screenshots of your project on our website or portfolio to showcase our work. Don’t worry—we’ll never share your ideas, project code, or any sensitive materials with anyone. We take full responsibility for keeping your project secure because we know how precious your ideas are.
Example: Your website footer might say “Powered by Codemypixel,” and we might display a screenshot of your homepage in our portfolio, but your code and business logic stay completely confidential.
10. Lifetime Free Bug Support
We provide lifetime free support for any bugs that appear in our developed product after delivery—a service you may not find elsewhere. However, we cannot take responsibility for issues caused by other developers modifying or re-code our system.
Example: If a button stops working due to a bug in our code, we’ll fix it for free, anytime. But if another developer changes our code and causes errors, we’re not responsible for those fixes.
